Vehicle Pick-Up and Drop-Off Policy
Vehicles can be picked up starting from 9:00 AM on the scheduled rental day and must be returned by 8:30 AM on the agreed return date.
If the vehicle is returned after 8:30 AM, we reserve the right to charge an additional rental day.
For pick-up or drop-off requests in locations other than our shop, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before the rental day begins (starting from 9:00 AM).
To cancel, you must send an email requesting the cancellation. Only in this case will the full amount be refunded.
After the 48-hour deadline, no refunds will be issued.
The booking is also non-refundable if the driver is not confident or experienced enough to ride.
Please make sure you are experienced and confident in driving a scooter before booking, as we reserve the right to deny vehicle delivery if we believe the customer is not able to operate it safely.
